Reports

This topic describes the purpose of the Illumio CloudSecure reports feature and provides a general example of how you would use it. You can generate Audit Event, System Event, Traffic, and Risk reports. You can also download other reports generated from other pages.

Reports Table

The Reports page displays a list of your previously generated reports with the following columns:

  • Name
  • Report Type
  • Generated At
  • Generated By
  • Status
  • Expiration Date
  • Action

Adding Reports

Click the Add Report button to generate a new report. The menu lets you choose different reports. In the dialog that appears in a side panel, you can choose a name, and, if applicable for that type of report, parameters like the following:

  • Time range
  • Details to include
  • Export format
  • Filters
  • Conditions
  • Retention duration
  • Etc.

Using Reports

Use the following features to interact with your generated reports:

  • Click Download in the Action column to access your reports. The reports are generated asynchronously. You are prompted when the report creation has completed.
  • Select reports and click Remove to delete them. A confirmation dialog displays, asking if you wish to proceed.
  • Select a report and click Edit at the end of the row to edit it. An editing dialog displays, letting you change the name and the retention duration.

Report Schedules

This feature lets you schedule reports to run either once or at regular intervals.

  1. To get started, click Add to select the type of report from the drop-down menu.
    A report creation panel opens.
  2. Edit the report name and select the format.
  3. Under the Report Configuration section, select your time range.
  4. Click the Scheduling Section toggle to the on position.
  5. Select your recurrence and time.
  6. Click Save when done.
